About the pieces

Yes. Every piece is individually designed, poured, finished, and packaged by me in El Segundo, California. Because each piece is made by hand, no two will ever be exactly alike.

I use UV resin for jewelry and epoxy resin for larger decorative pieces. Designs may include real pressed or dried flowers, botanicals, pigments, charms, and other decorative details.

Necklace chains are 316L stainless steel unless the individual product listing states otherwise.

Many pieces include real flowers that have been carefully dried or pressed before being preserved in resin. Some designs may also include faux botanicals or other decorative elements when they better suit the piece.

Please review the individual product listing for details about a specific design.

Yes. Natural flowers vary in shape, size, and color, and every composition is arranged by hand. Even pieces created with similar materials will have their own unique details and character.

Minor variations in color, flower placement, texture, and occasional tiny bubbles are natural parts of handmade resin art. These variations add to the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects when they do not affect its structure or use.

Cracks, missing components, or significant structural damage are different. Please contact me if your order arrives with one of those issues.

For ready-made, one-of-a-kind pieces, you will receive the specific piece shown unless the listing states otherwise.

Photographs of previous custom work are examples of my style and process. A new custom keepsake will be inspired by your story but will not be an exact replica of another piece.

I cannot guarantee an exact recreation because every piece is one of a kind. I may be able to create something inspired by a sold piece using similar flowers, colors, or details, but the finished design will still be uniquely its own.

When placing your order, you'll be asked to share your inspiration.

Tell me about favorite flowers, colors, hobbies, meaningful places, traditions, symbols, pets, favorite sports teams, inside jokes, or any little details that remind you of the person or memory you'd like to celebrate.

I'll thoughtfully transform those details into a keepsake designed just for you.

At this time, I don't accept customer-provided flowers or personal items.

Every custom piece is created using my own carefully curated collection of pressed flowers, botanicals, charms, and materials, thoughtfully selected to reflect the story and inspiration you share.

No. Reference photographs and previous pieces help me understand the colors, mood, and details you love, but every custom keepsake is created through artistic interpretation.

Your finished piece will reflect the inspiration you provide without being an exact copy of another artist’s work, a previous Resin Bubble design, or a digital image.

Changes or cancellations may be possible before materials have been selected or work has begun. Once the design process has started, the order cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

An approved change may affect the price or completion timeline.

Most custom keepsakes are created within approximately 2–4 weeks. This is the estimated creation time and does not include carrier transit time.

Timing may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact me before ordering. If an unexpected delay affects your order, I will contact you with updated timing and available options.

The price shown on the product page covers the standard custom design described in that listing.

If your request requires unusual materials, a different format, or significantly more complex work, I will contact you before beginning. No additional charge will be added without your approval.

Shipping, Pickup, and Returns

U.S. shipping is a flat $8 on orders under $75.

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the U.S.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Ready-made pieces generally leave the studio within 3–5 business days.

Custom keepsakes generally leave the studio within approximately 2–4 weeks.

Processing time is the time needed before your package is handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time begins after shipment and may vary based on destination and service.

Yes. Local pickup is available in El Segundo, California.

You will receive pickup instructions when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

The Resin Bubble currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund. Because pieces are one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale once work has begun because they are created specifically for you.

For ready-made pieces, contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be approved before being mailed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are handled separately and should be reported within seven days.

Care and Safety

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, Resin Bubble vases are decorative and should not be filled directly with water.

Use them with dried or faux flowers. If a particular vase includes a separate watertight insert, that will be clearly stated in its product description.

Keep your piece away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat, which can contribute to discoloration, softening, or warping over time.

Clean it gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use acetone, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough scrubbing.

Store jewelry separately when possible to help prevent scratches. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying perfume, hairspray, and lotion.

Real flowers and botanicals are natural materials, so subtle changes in color may occur over time. Resin may also gradually change with age, particularly after repeated exposure to direct sunlight or high heat.

These natural changes are not considered defects. Proper care will help your piece remain beautiful for as long as possible.
