Shipping Policy

Every Resin Bubble piece is handmade and packed with care in El Segundo, California.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. shipping is a flat $8 on orders under $75.

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the U.S.

Shipping rates are based on your order total and will be shown at checkout.

Processing Times

Ready-made pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically require approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment, depending on the complexity of the design.

If additional time is needed for a custom piece, I’ll be in touch.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after your package has been handed off.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in El Segundo, California.

If local pickup is available for your order, you’ll see that option at checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, email shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of The Resin Bubble’s direct control.

If your tracking appears delayed, missing, or otherwise unusual, contact shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com with your order number and I’ll help determine the next steps.

When eligible, shipping claims for lost or damaged packages may be submitted through the carrier.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, contact shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the exterior and interior packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Because many Resin Bubble pieces are one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
