Shipping & Pickup

Shipping Rates

The Resin Bubble currently ships within the United States.

Orders of $75 or more receive free U.S. shipping.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8.
Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

Ready-made pieces generally ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom keepsakes generally ship within approximately 2–4 weeks. This is the estimated creation time and does not include carrier transit time.

Processing time begins after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If you need a custom piece by a particular date, please contact me at shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com before ordering. Rush delivery is not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships.

Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in El Segundo, California.

You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. Address changes may only be possible before the order has been processed or a shipping label has been created.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost required to send it again.

Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves the studio.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with members of your household, neighbors, and your building’s mail area.
Review the tracking details for delivery notes.
Contact the carrier for additional information.
Email shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com with your order number if you still need assistance.

I will help review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step, including a carrier inquiry or claim when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact shoptheresinbubble@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
A brief description of the issue

Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Because many Resin Bubble pieces are one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
