This custom heart was created from a story about Irish roots, baseball, Hawaiian shirts, purple sunsets, and remembrance. A real four-leaf clover, forget-me-nots, gold shimmer, and a heart-shaped basil leaf came together inside a gold setting.

Every detail was chosen for a reason: luck, a favorite team, flowers that felt familiar, and the comfort of carrying someone always in your heart. It is a tiny memorial world made from the things that made one person unmistakably himself.
